Your membership includes 24/7 roadside assistance and recovery for the registered vehicle. We will always attempt to repair your vehicle at the roadside first. If this is not possible, recovery will be arranged in line with your membership terms. Labour at the roadside is included for up to 30 minutes. Parts, consumables and additional labour may be chargeable.

Yes. Membership covers the specific vehicle(s) registered at the time of purchase. Cover is not transferable between vehicles unless they are added to your membership. Additional vehicles may be added subject to a fee and eligibility.

Yes. You can change your vehicle or add vehicles to your membership during the policy year, subject to our terms and any applicable fees.

Yes. Our service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
